Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, we regret that we are unable to offer a return or exchange. Please initiate your return request as soon as possible to ensure timely processing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched
• All original tags and labels must still be attached
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
• A photo/video of the item and the issue must be shared at the time of return initiation

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-stitched blouses or sarees that have been altered as per buyer specifications
• Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions
• Gift cards and vouchers
• Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
• Orders returned after the 7-day window has lapsed

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

1. WhatsApp us at +91 73385 21763 within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your Order ID and the reason for return
3. Attach clear photos or a short video of the item showing the issue
4. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
5. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping address

Please do not ship the item back before receiving confirmation from our team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Online payments (Razorpay/UPI/Card): Refund credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
• Cash on Delivery orders: Refund processed via bank transfer — please share your account details when initiating the return

If you wish to exchange your saree for a different colour or design, the same return eligibility criteria apply. Exchanges are subject to availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded as applicable.
