Delivery Timeframes

We dispatch all orders within 1โ€“2 business days of confirmed payment. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (India): 5โ€“7 business days from dispatch
  • Express Delivery (India): 2โ€“3 business days from dispatch (available on select pincodes)
  • Remote Areas: May take an additional 2โ€“3 business days beyond the standard timeframe

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above โ‚น999: Free standard shipping across India
  • Orders below โ‚น999: Flat shipping fee of โ‚น99
  • Express Delivery: Additional charge of โ‚น149, applied at checkout

Coverage

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India through our trusted courier partners including BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post. If your pincode is not serviceable by standard courier, we will reach out to arrange an alternate delivery method.

Order Tracking

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer direct international shipping through our website. Customers based outside India are encouraged to reach out to us via WhatsApp at +91 73385 21763 or email at support@manchissilks.com โ€” we will work with you to arrange shipment on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is reported lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
