• All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.
• Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration differences. We make every effort to display colours accurately.
• All handloom products are handcrafted and may exhibit minor natural variations — these are a hallmark of authentic artisanal work, not defects.

When you place an order:

• You confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete.
• An order confirmation does not constitute a binding contract until we have dispatched your item and sent a shipping confirmation.
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• COD orders are subject to a handling fee and are available only in select locations. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if the delivery address is in a non-serviceable area.
• In case of payment failure, please do not retry the payment immediately — contact us at +91 73385 21763 to confirm whether your order was placed before attempting again.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chitradurga District, Karnataka.

For consumer disputes, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
